(Senior) Business Analyst SharePoint Online Migration

JOB DESCRIPTION:
As one of our Project Partners your objective is to support business teams IT and governance in defining and implementing the target documentary architecture within a modern collaboration environmenft.

Key responsibilities might include:

• Analyzing current documentation practices and usage of network drives (AS-IS)
• Gathering and understanding business processes (HR Quality Finance Compliance Engineering Procurement IT) and the associated documentation processes
• Modeling key documentation processes AS IS and TO BE with the appropriate level of formalism (BPMN standard)
• Defining a target information organization aligned with Data governance and group-wide principles
• Translating business needs into actionable functional requirements for IT (specifications user stories)
• Supporting key users and contributing to the sustainable adoption of new documentation practices

Profile:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on digital transformation document migration or information management projects
• Experience in multi-business environments with high documentation volume
• Experience in an industrial regulated or international group context is a plus
• Experience in migration to SharePoint Online is a plus
• Strong functional analysis skills and understanding of business processes
• Document governance and Information Management expertise
• Skills in structuring classification and rationalization of information
• Process modeling (BPMN 2.0 desired and associated modeling tools)
• Strong command of SharePoint Online: document management permissions metadata governance principles
• Knowledge of project management methods (Agile and/or V-Cycle)
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for business workshops
• Analytical synthesis and structuring mindset
• Rigor autonomy and sense of responsibility
• Ability to challenge needs while staying focused on business value
• Comfortable in cross-functional environments involving business IT and governance
• Work conditions: 5 days / 40 hours per week based in Belgium one day of remote work per week maximum French native and professional English required
• An entrepreneurial experience or ambition is a plus (extra-professional or extra-academic as well)
• Fast availability is preferred
