You will leadthe production operations in the Plant and delivering key performance targets(SQCDSM) in safety quality productivity volumes cost sustainability organizational morale. You will ensure our manufacturing strategy is implemented and is fully effectiveand you will strive to build a high performing organization.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Manages change/ transformation change/ transformation amongst the Operating teams in theimplementation of IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 sigma phase journeyFoF-Factory of Future Line centric organization & roles(AM-Autonomous Maintenance PM-Progressive Maintenance and an integrated 6 star model within operating Lineteams) to progress into Self sufficient models Values and principles through effective coaching mentoringand development of the team.
• Support the Manufacturing annual operational plans and targets to meet Safety Quality Cost Delivery SustainabilityEngagement goals in line with the site Compelling business need. coach Line Leaders cascade & communicate theplans and targets to employees to ensure alignment and understanding around priorities focus and KPIs.
• Lead and be Accountable to establish a strong Governance to Review Control Operational performance andContinuous Improvement plan and embed a zero loss mindset to constantly improve and deliver against best in classboth internally and externally. Drive the Operating team to identify and manage improvements to technology culturecapability and operating systems to deliver a best practice and reliable operation.
• Support all Manufacturing standards Governance Compliance requirements (e.g. CorporateQuality Food safety & GMP Health Safety Security Environment Sustainability Code of conduct Policies &principles Operational standards Local legal requirements Internal Audit norms & other procedures updated fromtime to time) are in place understood by all and is regularly reviewed and monitored for effective implementation.
• Lead and be Accountable for Talent Capabilities & Engagement for the Manufacturing team - identify andimplement critical levers to attract retain & develop critical talent and builds capability at all levels technical andbehavioral to build a sustainable workforce profile for the future. Partner effectively with all multi-functional peersinternally & externally (outside the plant)to achieve objectives goals and KPIs.

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

• Strong operational & manufacturing leadership experience in CPG industry with experience in TPM-Total productivemaintenance 5s LEAN 6 sigma tools and concepts
• Excellent communication (verbal & written) coaching and leadership skills in a team-based abilities in Analytics problem solving and team building
• An Engineer with a strong financial & business acumen project management skills and Knowledge of industrialmaintenance and manufacturing equipment.

Je leidt een productiesectie binnen de plant stuurt je team naar sterke prestaties en zorgt dat onze Run-To-Standard/IL6Sstrategie volledig tot leven komt. Je creëert een veilige kwalitatieve en efficiënte omgeving waarin mensen processen en technologie samen groeien.

• Kwaliteit Veiligheid & Compliance

Je garandeert naleving van alle Mondelēzstandaarden: Food Safety GMP Corporate Quality Health & Safety & Environment Security Sustainability en lokale wetgeving. Je creëert een veilige hygiënische en betrouwbare werkomgeving.

• Leidinggeven & Teamontwikkeling

Je stuurt de Operating Teams binnen jouw sectie coacht Line Leaders en bouwt aan autonome highperforming teams volgens IL6S en AM/PM. Je bent een zichtbaar rolmodel in waarden coaching en continue ontwikkeling.

• Dagelijkse Operaties & Productieplanning

Je coördineert de dagelijkse productieactiviteiten zorgt dat volumes kwaliteit en efficiëntie worden gehaald en vertaalt de jaarlijkse operationele plannen naar duidelijke prioriteiten en KPIs voor jouw teams.

• Performance Management & Continuous Improvement

Je bouwt een sterke governance rond SQCDMresultaten analyseert verliezen stuurt op zeroloss mindset en leidt verbeterinitiatieven via Lean TPM 5S Six Sigma en Kaizen. Je drijft verbeteringen in technologie cultuur capability en operating systems.

• Samenwerking & Stakeholdermanagement

Je werkt nauw samen met Health & Safety & Environment Quality Maintenance Logistics Planning HR en andere interne en externe partners. Je bent de schakel tussen management en werkvloer en zorgt voor vlotte communicatie en alignment.

• Budget & Resource Management

Je beheert middelen optimaliseert kosten en zorgt voor een efficiënte inzet van personeel grondstoffen en equipment.
