Managed Access Program Lead
We are looking for a Managed Access Program Lead who is collaborative organised and patient-focused to join our Medical Affairs team based in our HQ offices in Brussels Belgium.
About the role
This is primarily an operational role focused on the effective delivery and day-to-day management of managed access programs across the company portfolio. You will translate the agreed managed access strategy into practical program plans coordinate implementation manage budgets and medicine allocation oversee external service providers and address delivery risks. You will contribute operational insights to strategic discussions while strategic ownership remains with the Head of Managed Access Programs.
Who youll work with
You will be working in a team that partners across Medical Affairs and with colleagues responsible for clinical operations medicine supply finance and regional delivery. You will also work with external service providers and other stakeholders to coordinate program implementation maintain alignment and support access to medicines for eligible patients. The role reports to the Head of Managed Access Programs.
What youll do
- Lead the operational implementation and ongoing management of managed access programs across the company portfolio.
- Translate agreed strategy into clear program plans timelines processes and practical delivery activities.
- Manage program budgets medicine allocation and delivery risks to support timely reliable access for eligible patients.
- Oversee external service providers and monitor the quality and timely delivery of contracted services.
- Coordinate with cross-functional colleagues to track implementation resolve operational issues and maintain alignment.
- Provide operational insights and recommendations to support strategic reviews led by the Head of Managed Access Programs.
Interested For this role were looking for the following education experience and skills
- A bachelors degree preferably in a science-related discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least three years experience delivering managed access programs within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Experience with compassionate use named-patient access early access or other company-supported access programs.
- Hands-on experience in clinical operations and medicine supply including program implementation budgets and external service provider oversight.
- Knowledge of managed access regulations and access environments across different countries or regions.
- Clear communication effective relationship-building and the ability to organise delivery in a complex changing environment.
