Job Summary

Make your mark for patients

We are looking for a Business Analyst who is curious collaborative and solutionsoriented to join us in our Chemistry Manufacturing and Controls team based in our UCB office in Brussels Belgium.

About the role

You will contribute to a global digital transformation programme focused on Chemistry Manufacturing and Controls data. You will translate business needs into clear and structured requirements helping create modern centralised and compliant data processes. Working in an agile environment you will support the design of automated scalable data flows and enable more efficient ways of working across the organisation.

Who youll work with

You will be working in a team that brings together process owners data specialists subject matter experts and technology teams. You will collaborate across several functions to understand business needs define improvements and support the creation of digital capabilities. You will be part of an international programme that connects colleagues from development operations technology and data roles.

What youll do

Analyse prioritise and translate business and data requirements into clear and actionable deliverables.
Map data flows datasets and processes in collaboration with process owners and technical teams.
Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather needs validate requirements and ensure alignment with goals.
Support the delivery of digital solutions including automated reporting and structured data processing.
Produce clear documentation such as process maps data models and userfocused materials.
Work with cross-functional stakeholders to assess risks and maintain clarity across the project lifecycle.

Interested For this role were looking for the following education experience and skills:

A bachelors degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field.
710 years of experience in process improvement data governance or transformation programmes.
Experience working closely with technical data or development teams.
Background in pharmaceutical or biotechnology research and development (preferred).
Strong capabilities in requirements analysis data mapping and stakeholder engagement.
