We are looking for an experienced creative and motivated Deep Learning R&D Engineer to join our team in Mons Belgium. Working closely within the R&D group you will push the frontiers of Machine Learning and speech synthesis research to design and integrate advanced solutions into our core products and services.
Develop and optimize speech modules based on state-of-the-art Deep Learning technologies.
Design test and deploy speech processing technologies supporting a wide range of solutions.
Conduct focused goal-oriented research and development while maintaining high standards for deliverable quality.
Collaborate actively within an international cross-site team of experts working on high-impact applications (such as My-Own-Voice).
Strong background in statistical modeling techniques and state-of-the-art deep learning applications.
High proficiency in Python (C/C is a strong asset) and solid familiarity with deep learning frameworks/libraries.
Experience in speech processing speech synthesis speech recognition or Natural Language Understanding (NLU) is a major plus.
Good working knowledge of Linux or Windows environments.
Team player strong sense of ownership and the ability to creatively turn innovative ideas into efficient marketable solutions.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
