QATest Lead
Job Summary
We currently have a vacancy for a QA/Test Lead in English to offer his/her services as an expert who will be remotely within EU. In the context of the first assignment the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major clients IT team on site.
Tasks:
- Follows Agile and DevOps practices;
- Defines and drives the test and test automation strategy;
- Supports test solution design with principles of reusability maintainability and security;
- Ensures integration of automated tests within CI/CD pipelines and promotes continuous testing;
- Provides technical leadership for QA activities including manual testing coordination when required and drives prioritization of testing efforts based on risk and release needs;
- Facilitates defect analysis and problem solving;
- The QA/Test Lead oversees QA and automation engineers and is responsible for the consistency and integration of test assets across applications.
Requirements
- University degree in IT combined with 10 years of relevant working experience in IT;
- Minimum 10 years of experience in test processes and test automation in similar environments or projects;
- At least 10 years of experience in delivering for or in a production environment operating under formal availability commitments;
- At least 10 years of experience in spanning a multi-cloud or hybrid infrastructure;
- At least 10 years of experience in global projects that have comprised at least 10 managed services or application environments or served at least 100 concurrent users;
- At least 10 years of experience in global projects or managed service contract involving formal testing change release or CI/CD pipeline management;
- ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) and ISTQB Test Automation Engineer (CT-TAE) or Selenium certification (or equivalent) would be a strong asset;
- Excellent command of the English language.
