• You have hands-on experience with digital transformation in insurance and a strong business development mindset and the ability to combine this with project management.

• You have a masters degree or equal by experience.
• You have knowledge and affinity with Life Protection products (mortgages insurance standalone death insurance death insurance linked to loans ...).
• You have at least three years of experience in product management or experience in a related domain (sales operations project management marketing).
• Experience working in a bancassurance and/or digital environment is a plus.
• You have good communication skills (English and knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a strong plus) strong communication skills (telling - selling) across different skill and seniority levels.
