Mission:
IVAGO is looking for a Medior Public Procurement Buyer to support the purchasing department with a strong focus on SAP purchasing administration and public procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the purchasing department.
• Process and manage purchasing activities and transactions in SAP MM.
• Ensure accurate timely and compliant processing of procurement activities.
• Support colleagues by identifying issues analysing them and proposing solutions.
• Handle purchasing files and gradually take responsibility for procurement dossiers.
• Work closely with the Head of Purchasing and the wider team.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and public procurement legislation.

Must-Have:

• 3 years of experience as a Public Procurement Buyer.
• 3 years of SAP Purchasing / MM experience.
• 3 years of experience in a technical sector.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian public procurement legislation.
• Higher education: Bachelor or Master.
• Experience with purchasing dossiers.
• Dutch C2/native-level proficiency.

Key Profile:
A structured and accurate Medior Procurement Specialist with strong SAP MM and public procurement experience capable of providing hands-on administrative support while progressively taking ownership of purchasing dossiers.
