Medior IT Security Officer

We are looking for a driven Medior IT Security Officer to strengthen the team responsible for Vulnerability Management and Cyber Defense. You will be involved in the daily monitoring and management of vulnerabilities conducting risk analyses and supporting broader cyber defense activities within the organization.

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform daily triage and risk-based prioritization of vulnerabilities.
• Follow up on remediation actions in collaboration with the relevant IT teams.
• Monitor deadlines outstanding findings and remediation progress.
• Prepare operational and management reports.
• Conduct cybersecurity risk analyses and support risk acceptance processes.
• Support the analysis and follow-up of security incidents.
• Monitor relevant threats and security advisories.
• Contribute to security monitoring hardening and the further development of Cyber Defense processes.
• Work closely with IT teams Security Officers and external vendors.

Your Technical Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of Vulnerability Management including triage prioritization remediation tracking and reporting.
• Experience with vulnerability scanning tools such as Tenable Qualys or similar solutions.
• Good knowledge of CVE CVSS CWE EPSS and CISA KEV.
• Experience conducting cybersecurity risk analyses and assessing residual risk.
• Knowledge of the triage investigation and remediation of security incidents.
• Experience with Cyber Defense technologies such as SIEM EDR/XDR and NDR.
• Good understanding of infrastructure network endpoint application and cloud security.
• Knowledge of security hardening patch management and CIS Benchmarks.
• Experience with security reporting and developing KPIs KRIs and dashboards.
• Familiarity with NIST ISO 27001/27002 and MITRE ATT&CK.
