About the team

Within our Delivering Deal Value team you will work at the heart of high-impact mergersacquisitionsand transformations. Our team supports corporate clients and private equity investors in unlocking value across the full deal lifecycle from pre-deal strategy to post-deal execution.

Operating in a collaborative international and multidisciplinary environment you will engage with experts across finance tax legalHRand technology to deliver integrated solutions that drivereal businessoutcomes.

What your day will look like

As an M&A Consultant you will take ownership in challenging and high-visibility projects contributing to both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery:

We are looking for a motivated and purpose-driven professional who combines analytical strength with interpersonal impact:

• You bring relevant experience in M&Aconsultingor project management ideally in integrations carve-outsor transformation projects
• Youdemonstrateownership and accountability taking initiative and driving workstreams independently while ensuring high-quality outcomes
• You think analytically and strategically with the ability to translate complex operational topics into clear financial and business insights
• You are confident in stakeholder management building strong relationships and influencing diverse audiences
• You communicate clearly and persuasively delivering impactful presentations and structured recommendations
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment showing resilienceadaptabilityand a solution-oriented mindset
• You actively support and coach junior colleagues contributing to a collaborative and inclusive team culture
• You show curiosity and a continuous learning mindset staying up to date with topics such as AI digital transformation ESG ...
• You hold aMastersdegree with a strong academictrack record
• You are fluent in English and Dutch and/or French
