M365 Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an M365 Developer to join our Cloud Data & AI this role you will design code and deploy custom solutions across the full Microsoft 365 stack from SharePoint Framework (SPFx) solutions and Azure Functions to Power Platform applications and Copilot Studio agents connecting them together through the Microsoft Graph API and custom integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design build and deploy custom SharePoint Framework (SPFx) solutions for SharePoint Online and Teams.
• Design build and deploy Azure Functions and other Azure services and integrate them with M365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Develop Copilot Studio agents with custom actions plugins and integrations to backend systems.
• Design build and deploy custom Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) involving complex business logic.
• Develop custom connectors and API integrations between M365 Power Platform Azure and third-party systems using the Microsoft Graph API.
• Configure Microsoft Entra ID app registrations and authentication for custom applications.
• Design and maintain Dataverse data models including security roles and data modeling best practices.
• Participate in all phases of the application development lifecycle: design development testing deployment and post-implementation support.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including security and data handling considerations.

Qualifications :

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3 years of hands-on experience developing custom solutions across Microsoft 365 Power Platform and Azure.
• Strong experience building SharePoint Framework (SPFx) solutions with JavaScript TypeScript HTML and CSS.
• Experience building and deploying Azure Functions and integrating them with M365 or Power Platform solutions.
• Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Graph API for M365 integrations and SharePoint online information achitecture.
• Creative mindset to map functionalities as much as possible to Power Platform
• Experience building custom connectors and integrating with third-party APIs.
• Experience with Dataverse including data modelling and security configuration.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Entra ID for application authentication and authorization.
• Familiarity with application lifecycle management (ALM) tools and practices.
• Fluent in English and either French or Dutch or both

Desirable Certifications:

• Must have:
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102)

• Nice to have:
  • Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200) or Microsoft Certified: Intelligent Applications Builder Associate (AB-410)

• • Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
  • Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect (PL-600)
  • Microsoft Certified: Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect (AB-100)
