Job Description:
We are looking for a creative motivated Software Developer (Junior) to join our team in Mons Belgium. You will be part of a dynamic team designing developing testing and deploying speech and signal processing technologies that genuinely help and serve people.

Key Responsibilities:
Participate in designing developing testing and deploying speech/signal
technologies across products and services.
Help expand and refine software modules leveraging our core voice technology.
Creatively build innovative features while leveraging existing technology with an
eye for efficiency and marketability.
Work collaboratively within an international cross-site team of experts on high-impact applications (such as My-Own-Voice).

Requirements & Qualifications:
Languages & Tools: Strong programming skills in Python and C/C.
Domain Knowledge: Strong interest in AI topics Machine Learning concepts and
related code/performance optimizations.
Methodology: Ability to carry out focused and goal-oriented research and software
development.
Environment: Good working knowledge of Linux or Windows environments.
Soft Skills: Excellent team player creative mindset and a strong drive to build tools
that positively impact society.
Languages: Fluency in English or French; knowledge of additional languages is an
asset.
