Identity & Access Management Functional Analysts

CGI is looking for two Identity & Access Management Functional Analysts to join a major international energy account and support the reliable operation and continuous improvement of its IAM services.

The selected candidates will start in November 2026 and benefit from a structured handover and knowledge-transfer period with the current consultants before taking ownership of the activities in 2027.

The role combines functional IAM expertise operational support troubleshooting and stakeholder coordination. You will contribute to the secure management of digital identities access rights privileged accounts and identity lifecycle processes across a complex international organisation.
You will work with business entities local IT teams IAM Operations infrastructure specialists application owners and identity transformation teams to analyse issues coordinate their resolution and improve IAM processes and data quality.

The ideal candidate has a genuine IAM functional and operational background with hands-on experience in identity lifecycle management access governance and cross-platform IAM troubleshooting.

What will you do
Identity lifecycle management. Manage and support Joiner Mover and Leaver processes including onboarding internal mobility account changes and offboarding. Coordinate account migrations UPN changes organisational identity updates and directory transitions.
IAM operations & troubleshooting. Analyse and resolve identity and access incidents involving user accounts access rights provisioning deprovisioning and access restoration. Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions with the appropriate technical teams.
Identity governance & access management. Administer and support Okta and Okta Identity Governance processes. Support access requests Privileged Accounts (PA) Privileged Application Accounts (PAA) and access certification campaigns. Monitor workflows and investigate failed incomplete or inconsistent governance processes.
Directories & identity platforms. Support complex multi-domain Active Directory environments and analyse identity propagation and synchronisation issues involving Okta Active Directory Microsoft Entra ID and connected IAM systems. Coordinate directory or platform interventions with infrastructure teams.
Identity data quality. Investigate discrepancies between HR IAM and directory repositories. Identify missing duplicated outdated or inconsistent identity data and support reconciliation and corrective activities across the relevant platforms.
Stakeholder coordination change & governance. Act as a functional IAM point of contact across business and IT teams. Participate in IAM change-management and governance activities communicate incidents risks and dependencies clearly and contribute to process documentation training and knowledge transfer.

What you bring
3-8 years of relevant experience in Identity & Access Management Identity Governance and Administration identity operations access management or a closely related IT domain.
Practical experience with identity lifecycle management including Joiner Mover and Leaver processes provisioning deprovisioning internal mobility and account transitions.
Hands-on experience with Okta Okta Identity Governance or a comparable enterprise IGA platform including access requests governance workflows and access certification.
Strong experience with multi-domain Microsoft Active Directory environments and Microsoft Entra ID including the investigation of identity directory propagation and synchronisation issues across several environments.
Strong IAM incident and problem-management capabilities including structured troubleshooting root-cause analysis escalation management and follow-up of corrective actions.
Understanding of access governance and privileged account management including Privileged Accounts (PA) Privileged Application Accounts (PAA) and the principles governing the request approval certification review and removal of access rights.
Ability to work across business operations and IT coordinating effectively with local IT infrastructure application support and transformation teams in an international environment.
Strong analytical communication and stakeholder-management skills with a structured customer-oriented approach and the ability to work independently and take ownership.

Professional proficiency in English is required. French and/or Dutch would be an advantage.

Valuable Additional Experience
IAM transformation & migration. Experience supporting identity transformation programmes platform migrations directory transitions or the rollout of new IAM capabilities into operational services.
Multi-domain Active Directory. Experience supporting complex AD environments spanning multiple domains entities or countries and coordinating dependencies between IAM infrastructure application and local IT teams.
Identity data & reconciliation. Experience investigating identity data quality synchronisation or propagation issues across HR systems IAM repositories and enterprise directories.
Service management. Experience using ServiceNow or comparable tools to manage IAM incidents service requests problems changes and operational reporting.
Privileged accounts and PA/PAA governance. Experience managing Privileged Accounts and Privileged Application Accounts or exposure to PAM solutions with an understanding of the associated security approval certification and governance requirements.
IAM process automation. Experience identifying designing or supporting automation opportunities across identity lifecycle provisioning governance certification and reconciliation workflows while documenting and standardising the related processes.
