ICT Service Operations Technician (End User Computing) for NATO with security clearance

Some support roles are a queue to be survived. This one is a service to be runwell. A multinational defence organisation in Brussels needs an experienced service deliverytechnician for its end user environment the Windows estate the desktop applications peopleactually work in and the hardware that has to keep up.

It is a senior technician post so the expectation is not just closing tickets but knowingthe tooling properly keeping the estate consistent and being the person colleagues escalateto when the obvious fix has not worked.

What you would be doing

• Deliver day-to-day ICT service support across the end user environment.
• Work in the IT administration tooling used for service management such as MicrosoftConfiguration Manager.
• Support current Windows operating systems and the common desktop applications MS 365MS Office and Adobe among them.
• Handle IT hardware and auxiliary computer equipment.
• Work across computer network technology in a Microsoft Windows environment.
• Take on related duties as the service requires.

What we are looking for

• Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with two years of relevant experienceor a secondary qualification with four years.
• Good working knowledge of ICT service management administration tooling for exampleMicrosoft Configuration Manager.
• Confident with recent and current Windows operating systems and common desktopapplications.
• Good working knowledge of IT hardware and auxiliary equipment.
• A broad grasp of networking as it works under Windows.
• Desirable: MCDST certification ITIL certification in service operations and priorexperience of an international military and civilian environment.

The role is full time on site in Brussels Belgium normal office hours with no travel fromearly November to the end of December 2026.
