Human Resources Intern Clifford Chance Brussels

We are looking for a dynamic motivated candidate to join our Human Resources team and assist with a variety of tasks such as:

• Supporting the handling and response to employees and lawyers inquiries on operational HR topics
• Onboarding: preparation of the induction programme for new joiners affiliation to the respective insurances etc.
• Off-boarding process: ensure all off-boarding processes are complete including equipment returned and exit interview completed
• Day-to-day administrative tasks: requesting HR documents recording of absences study leaves
• Ensuring our management system (Workday) is up to date

This internship is an excellent opportunity to experience how HR operates within the legal sector.

Qualifications :

• Student in master or bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or similar; we also encourage students who pursue degrees in Marketing Communication Management Assistant etc to explore this opportunity 
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Fluency in English French and proficiency in Dutch
• Strong computer skills including web-based research MS Word PowerPoint and Excel as well the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
• Flexible and ability to work as part of a team
• Reliable and consistent

Priority will be given to internships which are part of your academic curriculum. Ideally the duration should be at least 6 months.
