Job Summary

Driving continuous mobility across commercial transit networks is essential to international trade. This role extends well beyond standard customer service. You will provide strategic guidance resolve intricate technical challenges and design tailored solutions for major transit operations commercial fleet managers and key automotive partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • B2B Relationship Management: Manage incoming corporate inquiries across phone and digital platforms consistently meeting strict safety standards and service benchmarks.
  • Operational Problem-Solving: Identify the root causes of complex technical and operational issues delivering swift long-term resolutions for commercial clients.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Coordinate with Engineering Supply Chain and Key Account teams to maintain data accuracy and optimize operational workflows.
  • Paid Onboarding Program: Prior experience in automotive or logistics industries is not required. We provide a fully paid intensive training program covering all necessary technical aspects of global fleet operations and shipping.

Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluent proficiency in both German and Dutch is required.
  • Corporate English: At least B2-level English to effectively handle internal cross-border communications and company reporting.

  • Software Aptitude: Comfort operating and switching between various databases and specialized software tools.
