Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Freelance Full Stack Developer to join our team in Brussels on a 6-month contract with an ASAP start.
You will work across both front-end and back-end development contributing to the design development and maintenance of high-quality applications. We are looking for someone comfortable working and Angular with a good understanding of modern development practices and DevOps.
Design develop and maintain robust full-stack applications.
Develop back-end services and APIs / C#.
Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using Angular.
Work closely with other developers architects product owners and stakeholders.
Write clean maintainable and well-tested code.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decision-making.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the application stack.
Contribute to CI/CD deployment and development automation.
Follow Agile development methodologies and best practices.
5 years of professional software development experience.
Strong experience / C#.
Strong experience with Angular.
Solid understanding of REST APIs web services and modern software architecture.
Experience with databases and SQL.
Good understanding of DevOps practices CI/CD and source control.
Comfortable working independently as well as within a wider development team.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.
Experience with cloud-based application development and deployment.
Knowledge of containerisation automated testing and infrastructure/deployment automation.
Dutch-speaking is highly desirable.
6-month freelance contract with potential for extension.
ASAP start.
Brussels-based role with 2 days per week on-site.

Required Skills:
Client facing experience; ideally from a consulting background Experience in one or more LMS or HR technology solutions for example SAP HCM/Successfactors Cornerstone OnDemand Taleo Learn etc.; excellent communications; Masters Degree; Fluent French or Dutch AND English.
