Job Summary
Are you ready for an exciting international career move We are seeking enthusiastic professionals with native-level or fluent French to join our multicultural team supporting prestigious global brands in Portugal. In this role you will act as the primary point of contact for French-speaking customers delivering exceptional digital and customer care solutions across various communication channels (phone email chat).
Key Details & Working Conditions- Schedule: 40 hours/week rotating shifts 2 rest days per week (not necessarily consecutive).
- Contract Type: Initial 12-month predictable contract renewable up to an additional 12 months. Permanent contract eligibility after 2 years.
- Paid Training: Comprehensive initial training provided (1 to 4 weeks). Training compensation: 185.60 per completed training week (37.12/day).
- Accommodation: Option for fully equipped shared company accommodation for 14 months (includes rent and bills for international candidates living> 100 km from Lisbon).
- Work/Live Permit & Legal: Full administrative support for residence permits social security and NIF (Tax Number) acquisition.
- Flights & Arrival: Airport pickup upon arrival. Initial flight reimbursement up to the approved budget after 9 months of successful integration. Annual complementary round-trip flight back to home country after 12 months.
- With Accommodation Option: Base Salary 760.00/month Accommodation Benefit 200.00/month Meal Allowance 154.00/month (7.00/day) Christmas & Vacation Allowance Total Package: 1240.66/month
- Without Accommodation Option: Base Salary 931.43/month Meal Allowance 154.00/month (7.00/day) Christmas & Vacation Allowance Total Package: 1240.67/month
- Additional Benefits: Free private health insurance with Allianz from day one after contract signing.
Requirements & Ideal Profile
- Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency in French (written and spoken) combined with a good working knowledge of English.
- Education: High school diploma completed (minimum requirement).
- Documentation: Valid EU passport/ID or valid work/residence permit for non-EU citizens clean criminal record (Certificate No. 3 issued within the last 3 months).
- Soft Skills: Customer-centric mindset strong communication skills multicultural adaptability and eagerness to embark on an international adventure.
