We are looking for an experienced Fleet Transformation Advisor to support the professionalization and transformation of fleet management.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse current fleet management processes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop a future-oriented fleet strategy and support its implementation.
• Advise management HR Procurement Finance and operational stakeholders.
• Drive cost optimization governance process improvement and supplier management.
• Improve fleet reporting sustainability and employee/user experience.
• Act as an independent expert and strategic sparring partner throughout the transformation.

Profile

• Senior experience in fleet management transformation or operational consulting.
• Strong analytical strategic and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with cost optimization governance suppliers reporting and sustainability.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills.
