As we embark on our growth journey were seeking a dedicated full-time designer to join our dynamic team.

We work from our office in Ghent mostly in person with a day or two of flexibility.

As our gigital & graphic designer you turn brand direction into shipped design across every touchpoint:

• Execute our brand refresh across the website socials product marketing pages email signatures merch and event booths
• Design for major industry events (Dreamforce Black Hat INBOUND) end to end: booth concepts signage giveaways on-site assets.
• Apply the visual system consistently: logo usage color type illustration templates. Flag inconsistencies before they ship.
• Design social content LinkedIn assets and campaign creative in our established voice and style.
• Move fast on requests from the team from a quick social graphic to a full event kit without sacrificing craft.

Youre an A-player. You want your fingerprints on a category-defining brand and generic templated design bores you. The following should be how your friends describe you:

• In love with craft and consistency. Great brand execution is not busywork to you its the point.
• You have shipped real brand and creative work: marketing campaign assets both physical and digital touchpoints. We care about the bar you hold more than years on paper. Most strong fits have 3 years.
• Fast and precise. You take a clear brief and turn it around quickly without cutting corners.
• Detail-obsessed. You catch the misaligned logo the wrong shade the off-brand font before anyone else does.
• A builder. You take a rough brief make the call and move without a big team around you.
• Fluent in Figma Photoshop Indesign Illustratornn comfortable in Webflow quick to pick up new tools.
• Coachable. You take direction well apply feedback fast and get better every round.

Nice to have:

• Experience designing physical event presence: booths signage merch.
• Motion or video editing skills
• Comfortable with building pages and components in Webflow
