Job Summary

This role sits within the Digital Technology Communication & Change team whose mission is to drive digital adoption and support digital transformation across the organization.

The consultant will support two Communities of Practice:

Digital Change Management Community

Functional System Owner Community

The role combines both Change Management and Digital / IT expertise.


Key Responsibilities

Digital Change Management Community

Maintain and enhance change management frameworks methodologies and toolkits.

Support the growth and maturity of the community.

Contribute to learning and capability-building journeys.

Capture and integrate best practices into existing methodologies.

Functional System Owner Community

Lead change management activities.

Develop and execute communication plans.

Coordinate training and engagement initiatives.

Perform stakeholder mapping and impact assessments.

Support organizational changes linked to digital systems and processes.




Requirements

Must Have

Prosci ADKAR Certification (mandatory).

Strong Change Management experience including:
Communication planning
Stakeholder mapping
Training and adoption activities
Change strategies and execution

Solid Digital / IT background:
Digital transformation projects
System implementation
IT project environments
Service management concepts

Ability to interact with confidently both technical and business stakeholders.
Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
Practical hands-on approach with willingness to drive operational activities.

Nice to Have

Previous experience as an Engineer Developer Domain Lead or similar Digital role.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Experience with AI Power Apps Copilot or automation initiatives.
Experience building Communities of Practice.
Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation programs.
Experience in a global and matrix organization.



Required Skills:

Responsible for overseeing the strategy governance and quality of all master data (Vendors Customers Materials) ensuring its accuracy consistency and alignment with business processes across the organization. P.S. Only Europe based candidates with valid work permit apply.
