We are looking for an experienced Developer to design develop and maintain robust software solutions using Microsoft technologies. The role combines hands-on development technical design code quality and technical mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop software components using .NET Framework Core.
• Design scalable maintainable and secure solutions.
• Translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews and promote development best practices.
• Mentor and technically coach team members.
• Ensure application quality performance security and maintainability.
• Analyse and optimise system performance.
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate closely with architects and other technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience with .NET development.
• Expertise in .NET Framework Core.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience with technical leadership and mentoring.
• Good understanding of software quality security performance and best practices.
• Ability to adapt to changing technical and business environments.
• French or Dutch C2 level.
• English C1 level.
