The Role
As a Strategy Consultant (Manager) you will lead client engagements focused on strategic data and AI transformation. You will take full ownership of project delivery while also contributing to the continued development and growth of the firm.
Your responsibilities will include:
Facilitating strategic workshops with executive teams and senior stakeholders
Evaluating how data and AI influence business strategy operating models and organizational decision-making
Turning strategic goals into clear priorities actionable initiatives and transformation roadmaps
Ensuring clarity alignment and quality across consulting engagements
Providing intellectual leadership and guidance to consultants working on projects
Serving as a trusted advisor to clients as they navigate transformation and change
Supporting business development alongside the partners by shaping offerings strengthening client relationships and identifying new opportunities
This position is intended as a long-term role with a defined progression toward Senior Manager and eventually Partner for individuals who demonstrate leadership and contribute to building the firm.
Who Were Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
Have a minimum of five years experience in strategy or management consulting
Be confident working with senior executives and leadership teams
Demonstrate strong analytical thinking combined with clear persuasive communication
Approach challenges primarily from a business and organizational perspective rather than a purely technological one
Possess a solid understanding of data analytics and AI concepts sufficient to guide strategic decisions
Seek greater responsibility ownership and influence than traditional consulting roles typically provide
Be motivated to help grow and shape a consulting firm not just deliver individual projects
Experience in one of the core industries - healthcare food manufacturing HR services or insurance - is highly valued.

Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Risk Management Compliance Business etc.); advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g. CISA CISM CRISC) preferred. Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess complex risk scenarios. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Experience in policy development and implementation. Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in risk and compliance.
