Content Creation

• Photograph and film properties advisors events and brand initiatives.

• Edit photos and videos for social media websites campaigns and print.

• Create engaging content for Instagram Facebook LinkedIn newsletters and other digital channels.

• Support the creation of marketing materials including brochures presentations print collateral and internal communication.

• Produce content that reflects the premium positioning of the Engel & Völkers brand.

Brand Quality

• Ensure the highest visual quality standards across all content.

• Review and improve property visuals produced by advisors when needed.

• Maintain consistency with Engel & Völkers brand guidelines.

• Help elevate the overall quality of marketing assets across the Antwerp region.

Marketing Support

• Contribute to local marketing campaigns.

• Assist with content planning and editorial calendars.

• Provide marketing support for events recruitment campaigns and brand initiatives.

Collaboration

• Work closely with advisors office managers and the marketing team.

• Build trusted relationships with local offices while confidently guiding them on marketing best practices.

• Collaborate regularly with the Brussels marketing team on campaigns and larger productions.

• Coordinate with external suppliers when required.

Personal talents

• Creative with a strong visual eye.

• Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Self-starter who enjoys working independently.

• Excellent planning and prioritisation skills.

• Comfortable building relationships with different personalities.

Hard skills

• Photography and videography.

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Lightroom Premiere Pro InDesign).

Your profile

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Multimedia Photography or a related field.

• 2-5 years of experience in content creation digital marketing or a similar role.

• Excellent photography and videography skills.

• Experience creating content for social media.

• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong asset.

• Drivers licence and willingness to travel regularly between Antwerp and Brussels.

• Experience in real estate luxury brands or hospitality is considered an advantage.
