Join our Analytics Solutions team and support leading pharmaceutical consumer healthcare biotech and medtech organizations in solving complex commercial challenges.

Your Role

As a Consultant you will contribute to consulting engagements by analyzing client challenges conducting quantitative and qualitative research and developing data-driven recommendations. You will work closely with Senior Consultants and project leaders while building your expertise in consulting methodologies and the healthcare market.

Assignments range from focused analytical projects to broader commercial strategy engagements providing excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client business challenges and support the development of tailored solutions.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify opportunities and generate actionable insights.
• Support the design and execution of market research and consulting projects.
• Develop client-ready presentations reports and project deliverables.
• Present findings and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
• Contribute to project planning and delivery including managing specific workstreams when appropriate.
• Continuously develop knowledge of consulting methodologies analytics tools and the healthcare industry.

What Youll Bring

• Masters degree in Economics Business Marketing Life Sciences or another quantitative field.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in healthcare pharmaceuticals consumer healthcare market research business intelligence commercial excellence or consulting.
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills and a genuine interest in data.
• Experience with Power BI Tableau or similar reporting tools is an asset.
• Good understanding of business processes and commercial decision-making.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive and curious mindset.
• Native-level Dutch or French with fluency in English.
