Job Description

About the Assignment:

• We are looking for an experienced construction consultant and/or architect with extensive experience in supporting local authorities with public construction renovation and heritage projects.
• This individual excels in project coordination site supervision public procurement and administrative alignment making them readily deployable as operational reinforcement within a municipal construction department.
• Providing substantive and technical assistance to municipal administrations in the development and realization of public and heritage-related projects ranging from vision formulation to execution and site supervision.

• Managing and aligning multidisciplinary stakeholders
• Local Authorities and Public Organizations
• Support for local authorities and intermunicipal bodies
• Working within administrative and governmental contexts
• Alignment with administration policymakers and external partners
• Public Procurement
• Drafting of selection guidelines award criteria and specifications
• Guiding tendering procedures
• Analysis evaluation and follow-up of offers Execution and Site Supervision
• Monitoring of execution trajectories and site activities
• Coordination between contractors designers and clients
• Quality control during the execution phase

Computer Skills

• Good knowledge of BricsCad (Autocad or equivalent)
• 3P preferably
• Good knowledge of Office Package

Skills

• Experience in project coordination
• Experience with public contracts
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge 3P
• Knowledge of BricsCad (AutoCAD or equivalent)
