Job Summary

Business Project Manager IT & Digital Transformation
Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Project Manager to lead multiple IT and digital transformation projects within a complex public-sector environment. You will manage projects from requirements analysis through implementation coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure stakeholder and regulatory alignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead IT projects involving government services regulatory changes and digital solutions.
  • Gather and analyse business requirements and prepare functional and technical specifications.
  • Coordinate internal teams clients partners and suppliers.
  • Plan organise and monitor projects across scoping design validation and change management.
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Organise training for employees and end users.
  • Prepare project dashboards progress reports and performance indicators.
  • Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Organise and lead project steering committees.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Project Manager.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira GitLab and Jenkins.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
  • Strong communication organisation and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in public-sector or regulatory projects is an advantage.
  • Languages: French Dutch and English.
Assignment Details
  • Start: 1 October 2026
  • Duration: Until 31 December 2026 with possible extension
  • Workload: Full-time 40 hours/week
  • Location: Brussels
  • Working arrangement: Hybrid minimum 2 days/week on-site
  • Team: Multidisciplinary team with internal and external professionals
