AI Lead

As an AI lead you will not only deliver innovative AI solutions for our clients but also play a key role in guiding and developing a team of consultants. You will contribute to both our business growth and our people growth helping us build a high-performing engaged and future-ready AI community.

Our AI solutions are grouped into two key domains: Supply Chain Optimization & Planning covering forecasting simulation and optimization and Smart Search & Assistance leveraging Computer Vision Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI technologies. Within these domains you will help design and deliver innovative solutions that create tangible value for our clients while supporting the growth and success of your team.

You will:

• Design build and deploy AI and Generative AI solutions that create tangible business value.
• Develop machine learning models and intelligent applications within our domains of Supply Chain Optimization & Planning and Smart Search & Assistance.
• Translate business challenges into scalable AI architectures and innovative solutions.
• Support pre-sales activities client workshops technical proposals and innovation initiatives.
• Stay at the forefront of AI trends and continuously expand your technical expertise.
• Build strong and trusted relationships with your team and act as their primary people partner.
• Coach and mentor team members in their professional and personal development helping them reach their full potential.
• Provide continuous feedback career guidance and support through regular development conversations.
• Define and monitor SMART objectives ensuring alignment between individual ambitions and business goals.
• Manage key moments throughout the employee lifecycle including onboarding performance discussions evaluations and career planning.
• Identifying growth opportunities within the AI community.
• Participating in governance and people-focused management meetings.
• Helping mobilize consultants for community initiatives recruitment activities customer presentations and knowledge-sharing events.
• Strengthening the visibility and reputation of our AI practice both internally and externally.

Qualifications :

• Have experience in AI Machine Learning Data Science Generative AI or related domains.
• Possess strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.
• Enjoy coaching mentoring and developing others.
• Can provide constructive feedback and have meaningful career conversations.
• Take ownership and proactively drive initiatives forward.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are comfortable balancing business priorities people development and technical challenges.
• Believe that great results come from empowered and engaged teams.
• Lead by example and actively contribute to a positive work culture.
