Job Summary

As an advanced reman technician you will be part of our workshop in Waregem where our technicians recondition and repair defective forklifttractor or other offroad verhiclecomponents with a strong focus on hydraulics.

Your role and responsibilities

Your duties will include the following tasks:

Investigating defects/faults in components: you interpret a work order and detect/remove defective or worn parts. You replace components that are subject to wear and tear.
Testing components on the designated test benches: you test and verify the quality of the repairs carried out.
Performing various peripheral activities and work administration: proposing and implementing adjustments to the current test benches drawing up detailed reports of the work carried out ordering the necessary parts for repairs reporting important technical information that can improve future overhauls etc.

Your profile

You preferably hold an associate degree (graduat/bachelor) in a technical field or equivalent through experience (with a focus on hydraulics).
You have knowledge of tools (manual hand or measuring tools electrical electronic and hydraulic devices and machines).
You can read technical diagrams and blueprints.
