About the Role

You will join the General Ledger Accounting team supporting financial operations across multiple international entities. This role exists to ensure accurate accounting timely payments and compliant reporting across jurisdictions.

Youll work in a fastpaced international environment where priorities may shift and collaboration across global teams is essential.

What Youll Do

  • Process supplier invoices and employee expenses accurately ensuring approvals coding and payments are completed on time
  • Manage accounting entries and reconciliations across multiple systems supporting consistency between local books and global platforms
  • Review and support intercompany transactions ensuring recharges and settlements are correctly recorded and aligned across entities
  • Contribute to monthend and quarterend close activities including preparation posting and reconciliation of accounting entries
  • Support audit preparation by delivering required documentation and working closely with the Accounting Manager and Senior Lead Analyst
  • Manage taxrelated activities for assigned entities including preparing and submitting withholding tax and VAT returns
  • Ensure timely cash planning and funding of international entities to support payroll vendor payments and other obligations

What Youll Bring

  • Relevant experience in accounting with exposure to general ledger and accounts payable activities
  • Understanding of accounting processes across multiple entities or international environments
  • Ability to work with financial data and maintain accuracy under timesensitive deadlines
  • Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders across different functions and locations
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal

  • Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with accounting systems such as Oracle or similar general ledger platforms
  • Understanding of accounts payable intercompany accounting and reconciliation processes
  • Financial analysis and reporting skills with the ability to interpret underlying business drivers

Nice to Have (optional)

  • Exposure to tax submissions or regulatory reporting
  • Experience with systems such as Unit4 Agresso or Concur
  • Understanding of international accounting environments or multientity structures
  • Experience supporting audit processes
