Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for inpatients and outpatients.
Develop individualized nutrition care plans based on clinical needs.
Provide nutrition counseling and education to patients and their families.
Monitor patients nutritional status and adjust interventions as needed.
Collaborate with physicians nurses pharmacists and allied health professionals.
Support cardiac renal diabetic and critical care nutrition programs.
Maintain accurate nutrition documentation and patient records.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and nutrition education programs.

Bachelors Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics.
Registered Dietitian license or professional certification.
Experience
Minimum 35 years of clinical dietetics experience.
Hospital experience is required.
Cardiac or acute care experience is preferred.
