Laboratory Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Consultant to lead and oversee clinical laboratory services within a specialized cardiovascular hospital. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of accurate and timely diagnostic testing while maintaining compliance with international quality standards and regulatory requirements.

• Supervise all laboratory diagnostic services.
  
• Validate and review laboratory test results.
  
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.
  
• Develop and monitor laboratory quality assurance programs.
  
• Supervise laboratory physicians and technologists.
  
• Provide clinical consultation to physicians regarding laboratory findings.
  
• Lead laboratory quality improvement initiatives.
  
• Maintain laboratory safety and operational excellence.
  

• Medical Degree (MD or equivalent).
  
• Specialist Degree in Clinical Laboratory Medicine or Pathology.
  
• Current medical license or eligibility for licensure.
  

• Minimum 5 years of consultant-level laboratory experience.
  
• Previous leadership experience in hospital laboratory services is preferred.
