We are looking for a motivated and personable Client Acquisition Specialist to help identify prospective clients build relationships understand their needs and support the growth of our business.

This is a remote client-facing opportunity suited to someone who enjoys communication networking relationship building and working independently.

You do not need to have extensive industry experience. Training and guidance will be provided to candidates who demonstrate strong communication skills professionalism and a willingness to learn.

• Identify and connect with potential clients through approved outreach channels
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients
• Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about available services
• Ask questions to understand prospective clients needs and goals
• Follow up with prospects in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain organized records of leads conversations and follow-ups
• Schedule consultations or appointments when appropriate
• Work toward agreed-upon activity and client-acquisition goals
• Participate in virtual meetings training sessions and team communication
• Follow company processes communication standards and applicable policies

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly professional and confident communication style
• Comfortable speaking with new people
• Good follow-up and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or suitable device
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes
• Previous experience in sales customer service recruiting business development marketing or client relations is helpful but not required
