- Lead the development and execution of the Groups strategic direction in partnership with the Boards of Directors.
- Drive sustainable growth organisational performance and competitive positioning across all Group entities while protecting the integrity of the brand and member value proposition.
- Provide executive leadership for the Groups financial operational human capital technology and risk management strategies to ensure long-term sustainability and strong corporate performance.
- Ensure sound governance regulatory compliance financial stewardship and effective enterprise risk management across all operating jurisdictions.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with Boards regulators government members and key stakeholders while serving as the Groups principal representative and public spokesperson.
- Develop and lead a high-performing executive team and organisational culture aligned to accountability service excellence innovation and member focus.
