Job Summary
Overview: Our client is a leading provider of modern office interior fittings with operations in Barbados and Trinidad. Due to growth they are seeking to add a proven professional to the management team.
The Brand & Marketing Coordinator supports the planning and execution of marketing initiatives coordinates content creation and website updates works closely with marketing partners and serves as the companys primary on-camera representative for digital content and events.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the companys marketing activities and campaigns.
- Review and approve marketing content to ensure brand consistency.
- Act as the main liaison between the company and its external marketing agency.
- Serve as the on-camera presenter for videos product demonstrations interviews and promotional content.
- Coordinate video and photo shoots ensuring all resources are available.
- Maintain and update the company website including product information and content.
- Work with website developers and marketing partners to implement updates and improvements.
- Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Represent the company at regional trade shows exhibitions and industry events.
- Maintain marketing materials brand assets brochures and product documentation.
- Monitor marketing performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Experience in marketing communications branding public relations sales customer service hospitality media or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident public speaker with the ability to present comfortably on camera.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and website management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Canva and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to learn and communicate technical product information effectively.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel regionally for trade shows and company events.
Required Skills:
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Organizational Development or a related field; Masters degree preferred. Ideally worked in a high-quality B2B service delivery environment. Strong understanding of organizational culture and employee engagement principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization. 3 years of experience in HR organizational development or culture management. Experience with data analysis and reporting. Capable of achieving measurable ROI on HR initiatives. Skills: Strong project management skills. Ability to influence and inspire others. Creative problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using HR tools and technology.
