Video-first content is central to how our business grows reels brand videos ads all of it. A strong editor with real motion 3D and CGI range lets us produce premium differentiated video in-house at speed without waiting on outside vendors. Thats the gap this role fills.

Were small and scaling which means the editor in this seat wont stay boxed into execution alone for long. As the team grows youll have real input into how the video and motion pipeline itself gets built not just what runs through it and a hand in setting the creative bar the rest of the team works against.

If you are interested to work amongst an Australian work environment we are scaling our Dhaka execution team and were looking for a Senior Video Editor to own that end-to-end.

• Short-form editing (reels ads) and long-form brand video
• Motion graphics and animation in After Effects
• 3D and CGI elements where the brief calls for it
• Fast turnaround inside a live production pipeline delivered to platform specs and brand standards every time

• Advanced After Effects skills this isnt a role to learn the tool on the job
• Strong editing craft: pacing sound design captions the fundamentals that make an edit actually land
• Real 3D or CGI capability work youve shipped not tutorials youve followed
• Senior-level experience with a showreel or portfolio ready to share
