UIUX Designer — Mid-Level Senior

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research stakeholder discussions and requirement analysis.
• Translate business requirements into user journeys information architecture and intuitive workflows.
• Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Design responsive web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain reusable design systems and UI components.
• Apply UX principles to simplify complex enterprise workflows.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts Product Owners Developers and QA teams.
• Participate in usability testing and incorporate user feedback.
• Ensure consistency across screens platforms and user journeys.
• Prepare design specifications and handoff materials for development teams.
• Review implemented interfaces and ensure alignment with approved designs.

Enterprise / Domain Exposure

Experience designing products or applications for:

• Banking & Digital Banking
• Fintech & Payment Platforms
• Telecom & Digital Services
• Insurance
• Enterprise / B2B Applications
• Customer Portals and Self-Service Platforms

Experience working with complex workflows dashboards transaction journeys customer onboarding authentication approval workflows or data-intensive interfaces will be an advantage.

Senior-Level Expectations

Senior candidates will additionally be expected to:

• Lead UX strategy and design for complex products or modules.
• Establish and maintain design systems and standards.
• Conduct design reviews and provide UX direction.
• Mentor Mid-Level and Junior designers.
• Work directly with clients and stakeholders where required.
• Translate complex business requirements into simple user-centric experiences.

Qualifications :

Required Skills

• Bachelors degree in Design CSE HCI Multimedia Fine Arts or a related discipline.
• 38 years of professional UI/UX design experience depending on level.
• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Strong understanding of UX research interaction design and visual design.
• Experience creating wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
• Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
• Good knowledge of usability and accessibility principles.
• Ability to work effectively with development and product teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant UI/UX work is required.

Preferred Skills

Figma Design Systems Prototyping UX Research Usability Testing Information Architecture Interaction Design Responsive Design Accessibility Adobe Creative Suite

Experience with designing enterprise applications and regulated-industry products will be highly valued.
