Software Engineer Enterprise Business Systems

A leading job marketplace is looking for a Software Developer / R&D Specialist to own the full lifecycle of enterprise business modules from requirement interpretation through technical design development self-testing release and post-launch support.

This role works within a hybrid development environment that combines low-code platform capabilities with custom coding so you will need to be comfortable learning new platform tools quickly and solving problems independently.

• Independently deliver complete business modules end to end: requirement interpretation technical solution design feature development self-testing release and post-release issue resolution
• Break down enterprise operational requirements into clear business logic and translate them into actionable technical solutions
• Collaborate daily with team members in English on requirements design decisions and delivery timelines
• Work across a hybrid stack of low-code platform tools and custom-coded components proactively learning new platform capabilities as needed
• Identify troubleshoot and resolve online/production issues with minimal supervision

• Bachelors degree or above in a computer-related discipline
• At least 3 years of R&D experience in enterprise business systems
• Proven track record of independently delivering complete business modules
• Strong business acumen and systematic thinking with the ability to break down complex operational requirements
• Fluent English for daily team communication
• Self-motivated with strong troubleshooting and project delivery capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Full-cycle delivery experience on CRM sales or customer operation systems including building core modules independently or contributing to systems built from scratch
• Hands-on experience on low-code platforms ideally on commercial delivery projects
• Proficiency in Java or Python with production environment experience
• Comfortable using AI/LLM tools to speed up requirement analysis coding test design and troubleshooting

Salary: BDT 30000 - 50000
