Senior Executive, Accounts Payable

Responsibilities:

• Perform and oversee day-to-day invoice processing ensuring strict 3-way matching (PO GRN Invoice Mushak 6.3).
• Ensure timely vendor payments and accurate Mushak 6.3 record maintenance.
• Record and reconcile AP-related journal entries in SAP including Payable payments VAT TAX and adjustment JE.
• Maintain complete AP documentation for audit tax legal and compliance.
• Manage vendor master data and set up new vendors in SAP.
• Proactive partnering work closely with cross-functional and external stakeholders ensure fair support for stakeholders and resolve AP-related issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies accounting standards VAT/TAX rules and SOX/internal controls.
• Verify and reconcile vendor accounts GLs and sub-ledgers monthly and as needed.
• Identify AP process risks and drive improvements automation and best practices to ensure efficiency and control in AP operations.
• Perform month-end closing tasks: reconciliations analysis accruals & reporting.
• Ensure KPIs and SLAs are followed consistently.
• Maintain a positive team environment support collaboration and demonstrate a can-do attitude for process initiatives & AP SOP improvements.
• Support ad-hoc requests projects and management requirements.

Qualifications :

Requirements:

• Bachelors/ Masters degree in business Finance Accounting or related areas.
• Experience in top Audit firms with partly qualification in ACCA/CA will be given preference.
• With at least 2-3 years of proven work experience as an AP Specialist or similar role.
• Advanced competency in accounting software (ERP/ SAP systems experience preferred)
• Proficient in using advanced Excel with strong analytical ability.
• Positive & problem-solving attitude
