Performance Marketing Manager

• Lead and develop our existing social media management team owning content strategy execution and brand growth across our client accounts
• Personally manage Meta and Google Ads with direct accountability for lead quality CPL CPC and ROAS
• Deliver measurable month-over-month improvement in followers views engagement and business results
• Build and lead our paid media/performance marketing function as our client base grows starting hands-on and growing into a team leader
• Report results against clear monthly numbers not vanity metrics

• 6-7 years of proven digital marketing experience ideally from an established agency
• Hands-on current experience managing live Meta and Google Ads budgets
• Real experience leading or mentoring a team not just contributing to one
• A track record you can point to specific engagement follower or ROAS numbers you personally moved
• Comfortable being measured against monthly numbers and owning the outcome not just the activity
• Comfortable working on-site in Dhaka

As our client base grows it means building and leading a paid media team under you and becoming the person we lean on to mature how we run paid media as an agency.
