Job Responsibilities
- Attending inbound and outbound chats/calls solving customer issues.
- Must have problem-solving skills and follow timeline when assigned for task.
- Managing live chat maintaining a typing speed of 30-50 words per minutes.
- Able to follow order processing system from the back end.
- Willing to work 6 days and 6 hours per day in different shifts.
What we expect from you
- You have successfully completed HSC/A levels
- Good typing skills.
- Strong in communications skills.
- We are dynamic you need to be a doer and adapt constantly to many changes.
