Mobile Product Manager

We are hiring a Product Manager to lead the development and performance of consumer-facing mobile applications and future digital initiatives across Android and iOS. This is a business-led product role. You will turn customer needs business priorities market insight and data into product strategy roadmaps launches and continuous improvement and you will own the product business case and P&L.

- Define and maintain the product vision value proposition roadmap and annual priorities.
- Own the product business case and P&L including revenue plan budget pricing cost management and unit economics.
- Uncover customer problems and growth opportunities through research product analytics competitor analysis and feedback.
- Turn business and customer needs into clear PRDs user stories acceptance criteria and measurable success metrics.
- Manage the backlog prioritization UAT release readiness launch and post-launch optimization working closely with UI/UX Technology Marketing Finance Operations Customer Experience Legal and external vendors.
- Build go-to-market plans and use dashboards funnels cohorts and experiments to improve user acquisition activation engagement retention and conversion with due attention to quality security privacy and regulatory requirements.

- 4 to 7 years of experience in Product Management Digital Products Telecom Fintech E-commerce Media Health Technology or Consulting.
- Hands-on experience taking a mobile app platform or customer journey from discovery through launch and optimization including roadmaps backlogs UAT and releases.
- Commercial and financial capability: business cases budgets pricing revenue planning and product P&L management.
- Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of APIs integrations mobile platforms digital payments security and privacy. Coding is not required. Experience with Mixpanel Google Analytics Firebase Figma or Jira is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Bangladeshi consumers and local payment methods fluency in Bangla strong written and spoken English and the ownership judgment and stakeholder skills to work through ambiguity.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science Engineering Economics Marketing or a related field. MBA or a relevant professional certification is an advantage.

You will own a product end to end from strategy to P&L with direct exposure to leadership and cross-functional teams. The role grows with the product portfolio and future digital initiatives.
