We are hiring a Manager Digital Transformation for one of these partners a diversified group operating across roughly ten entities in six markets and three industries to lead their enterprise digital transformation program.

The Role
You will lead the enterprise transformation program standardizing and optimizing ERP core digital platforms process governance data and AI-enabled ways of working across multiple functions geographies and business units to improve efficiency governance scalability and business performance. This role is change-focused not business-as-usual IT operations: existing IT helpdesk infrastructure and daily support functions sit outside its scope. You will report directly to the Chairman & MD with operational alignment across Bangladesh and India.

What Youll Do

• Define and lead enterprise digital and AI strategy aligned with business goals across all business units with a transformation roadmap carrying clear KPIs milestones and value outcomes
• Act as transformation owner for ERP and core digital platforms across entities driving system standardization integration data architecture and governance
• Partner with business functions to identify process gaps and digital opportunities translating business needs into technical and functional requirements and prioritizing by ROI impact and feasibility
• Lead end-to-end execution of digital transformation and IT projects managing scope timelines risks dependencies and deliverables under Agile or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate
• Own digital and IT transformation budgets acting as the primary point of contact for ERP and technology vendors leading RFPs vendor selection contract negotiation and performance management
• Lead UAT planning execution and validation driving system deployment go-live stabilization user training and organization-wide change management
• Ensure governance risk and compliance standards across system performance data quality and risk exposure and report progress status and performance to leadership
• Build digital capability across the organization supporting upskilling on digital tools and AI-enabled decision-making and introducing standardized digital processes

What Youll Bring

• Minimum bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering Automation or a related technical discipline
• 10 years of experience in digital transformation IT systems or ERP (implementation support or enhancement)
• Proven experience managing IT or digital transformation projects
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics or similar) system integration APIs data flows and business process mapping
• Strong UAT and deployment leadership
• Strong project program and stakeholder management skills with the organizational negotiation and influencing skills to operate at Chairman and MD level

Nice to Have

• Masters degree (MBA IT or Digital Transformation)
• Experience in multi-entity manufacturing supply chain or trading environments
• Exposure to AI data analytics or automation initiatives

Growth
This role carries direct Chairman & MD sponsorship and operates across a complex multi-entity multi-market environment. As the ERP and transformation program matures the role is expected to grow into leading a dedicated team with final seniority level Manager or Senior Manager determined by experience and interview outcome.

Compensation and Perks

• BDT 200000 to 300000 per month
