B2B Sales Specialist Recruitment & HR Solutions

A leading job marketplace is looking for a B2B Sales Specialist to grow their base of employer factory HR team and recruitment agency clients through direct field sales.

This is a hunting role built for someone who wants to build a market from the ground up through cold visits live demos and hands-on relationship management not someone waiting on inbound leads.

• Identify and acquire new B2B clients including employers factories HR teams and manpower/recruitment agencies
• Conduct frequent offline field cold visits to meet decision-makers run on-site product demos and present our hiring solutions
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals against monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collect client compliance documents (trade license office photos etc.) and coordinate with internal teams for client audit before job post activation
• Maintain client relationships to drive satisfaction and contract renewals
• Work with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to each clients actual needs
• Update client information visit logs and the sales pipeline in CRM daily

• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field; strong sales experience can compensate for education background
• 1-3 years of B2B field sales experience; background in HR-tech recruitment manpower agencies or industrial sales is a plus
• Strong drive for sales results with willingness to do high-volume offline field visits and build business from zero
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets with resilience against rejection
• Strong face-to-face communication presentation and negotiation skills
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools for daily sales tracking

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing local connections with factories enterprises or manpower agencies in Bangladesh
• Past experience building new markets from scratch

Location: Dhaka (office-based with frequent offline field visits)
