AI Engineer — Mid Senior

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/ML solutions for enterprise applications.
• Develop production-ready AI services using Python.
• Develop and integrate machine-learning models and AI APIs.
• Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Work with embeddings vector databases and semantic search.
• Develop AI-powered chatbots virtual assistants and intelligent automation solutions.
• Integrate AI services with enterprise applications through REST APIs and microservices.
• Develop data-processing and model-inference pipelines.
• Evaluate model performance accuracy and reliability.
• Implement prompt engineering and model evaluation techniques.
• Apply appropriate security and privacy controls for enterprise AI solutions.
• Optimize inference performance cost and scalability.
• Monitor AI applications in production and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with software engineers data teams product teams and business stakeholders.

• Lead model evaluation optimization and production deployment.

Qualifications :

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in CSE Computer Science AI/ML Software Engineering Data Science or related discipline.
• 38 years of relevant AI/ML/software engineering experience depending on level.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Practical experience with machine learning and/or Generative AI.
• Understanding of LLMs and modern AI architectures.
• Experience developing APIs and integrating AI services into applications.
• Good understanding of data processing and model evaluation.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum.

Preferred Skills

PyTorch TensorFlow Hugging Face LangChain LlamaIndex RAG Vector Databases OpenAI/LLM APIs Ollama NLP Computer Vision MLflow Docker Kubernetes AWS/Azure/GCP

Experience building production-grade AI solutions for banking fintech telecom insurance or other regulated/enterprise environments will be highly valued.
