We are seeking an exceptional Culinary Junior Professional to assist leading and elevating our fine dining operations. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate hospitality leader with extensive international experience in luxury hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants.
Key Requirements
Professional Experience
- Minimum 46 years of experience in internationally recognized 5-star luxury hotels across Europe.
- Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in Michelin-starred fine dining restaurants located in Europe Scandinavia USA or Asia Pacific.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences in high-end dining environments.
- Strong understanding of luxury service standards wine knowledge culinary trends and fine dining etiquette.
