Position Title: Senior Business Analyst Core Banking (T24)

Location: Manama Bahrain (Onsite)

Contract Type: 6-Month Contract (Extendable)

Role Overview

Our Client is a well-established Islamic banking institution in Bahrain seeking a commercially astute Senior Business Analyst with hands-on T24 core banking expertise. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analysing documenting and delivering banking system requirements within a Shariah-compliant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather analyse and document detailed business requirements for core banking initiatives and system enhancements.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on T24 (Temenos) core banking system configuration workflows and module functionality.
• Translate complex banking and operational requirements into structured BRDs (Business Requirements Documents) and functional specifications.
• Liaise between business stakeholders IT teams and senior management to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) system integration testing and go-live activities.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify process improvement opportunities within core banking operations.
• Ensure all solutions and processes comply with Islamic banking principles and Bahrain regulatory standards.
• Provide ongoing support and training to internal teams on T24 functionality and system updates.

Required Experience & Skills

• 3 years of business analysis experience within the banking or financial services sector.
• Hands-on expertise in T24 (Temenos) core banking system is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Islamic banking products principles and Shariah-compliant structures.
• Proven ability to produce structured BRDs use cases and functional specifications.
• Solid knowledge of core banking workflows system integrations and data flows.
• Familiarity with Bahrain Central Bank (CBB) regulatory requirements is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be available to work onsite in Manama Bahrain.
