ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Record and review accounting transactions using Odoo ERP.
• Manage staff Payroll Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable and general ledger activities.
• Perform regular bank cash and other account reconciliations.
• Handle month-end closing and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Monitor revenues expenses cash collections and daily financial transactions.
• Prepare financial reports schedules and supporting documentation for management.
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide required information and documentation.
• Support VAT filings and ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and support timely resolution.
• Maintain proper documentation and adherence to internal accounting controls.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or equivalent
• Strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently without close supervision
