Sales Manager Arabic Speaker

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager (Arabic Speaking) to join our team. The role focuses on managing corporate and local accounts driving MICE business and supporting catering sales through proactive client engagement.

• Manage and grow existing corporate and local accounts

• Actively source new business through calls visits and networking

• Handle MICE inquiries (meetings conferences events) from lead to conversion

• Support catering sales and coordinate with operations for smooth execution

• Prepare proposals contracts and follow up on quotations

• Conduct site inspections and client presentations

• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals

• Maintain strong relationships to secure repeat business

Qualifications :

• Arabic speaker (mandatory)

• Minimum 23 years of experience in a luxury hotel environment within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of corporate MICE and catering segments

• Good negotiation and communication skills

• Target-oriented and proactive approach
