The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our customer-centric approach by transforming raw sales data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and fuel our continued growth across retailers wholesalers and pharmacies.

Responsibilities
* Analyse sales data to identify trends patterns and opportunities for growth across different product categories and customer segments.
* Develop and maintain regular sales reports dashboards and performance metrics for senior management and the sales team.
* Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets providing detailed variance analysis and commentary.
* Support the sales team with data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and improve efficiency.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide a comprehensive view of the market landscape.
* Assist in the development of sales forecasts annual budgets and strategic planning processes.
* Collaborate with marketing supply chain and finance departments to ensure alignment and support cross-functional initiatives.
* Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all sales reporting systems.

Qualifications
* Proven experience in a sales analysis business analysis or a similar analytical role preferably within the FMCG sector.
* A bachelors degree in Business Economics Statistics or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables advanced formulas and data modelling.
* Experience with CRM systems and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) is highly advantageous.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
* A proactive and self-motivated individual who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
